In the Buuky administration area there are the pages "Seat Bookings" and "Material bookings". These pages are only visible to users who have been assigned the "Bookings" right.
Users' seat bookings are listed on the "Seat bookings" page.
The time period for which the bookings are to be displayed can be selected using the time selection.
The person filter can be used to filter the currently displayed seat bookings according to the bookings of specific persons. This allows you to view all of a person's bookings in the selected period.
The facifity filter can filter the seat bookings according to a specified location.
Any number of bookings can be selected using the checkboxes on the left-hand side of each booking, which can then be canceled. It is possible to notify the users whose bookings are canceled about the cancellation.
Bookings can also be canceled via the action field. After selecting the action field for a booking, a cancellation dialog opens.
If it is a series booking, the booking in question can be canceled, or this booking and all subsequent bookings in the series can be canceled. Optionally, the affected users can be notified again. If it is not a series booking, only the booking in question can be canceled.
Users' material bookings are listed on the "Material bookings" page.
